2026 05 19 Rotary Dog Park Project 1
Members of First City Rotary work on laying the foundation of a new shelter at the Park Ave. dog park on Saturday. They are building a four-post lean-to shelter with two walls that shield dog owners from the elements. The project is funded by proceeds from the 4th of July Rotary Duck Race.
