City of Ketchikan's Joseph Paule removes a two-hour parking sign from Dock St. on Wednesday. The City of Ketchikan modified the Dock St. tour bus zone, moving it near the Dock and Bawden intersection. The former tour bus drop-off location will be converted back to two parking spaces.
