Jack Finnegan with First City Players leads kids in a series of improv games during the Celebrate Community and You Festival at the Ketchikan Public Library on Wednesday. The two-hour event featured 20 stations for families to visit with local agencies, there were games, activities, and freebies for children as well as information for adults.
