International Telecom's Josh Collie watches Global Diving, and Salvage's Zach Coots secure the fiber optic cable so it can be pulled ashore by a vehicle near Shoreline Drive on Tuesday. The SEALink submarine fiber optic cable project will run between Coffman Cove, Hollis and Ketchikan.
